Terms and Conditions

Yuck! Who wants to read a list of terms and conditions? We know you hate it. We hate it too. We want to provide the best possible experience so take a minute to read this quick list of important details.

  • The person whose name is on the reservation must be present at time of check-in.
  • A credit card and valid ID are required at check in.
  • Someone in the travelling party must be 25 or older.
  • Check-in is at 4 PM. Arriving late? Review your confirmation for instructions for late check-in (after office hours).
  • Check-out is 10 a.m. A late fee in the amount of $75.00 will be charged for check-out after 10 a.m. Please ensure that all keys, parking passes, pool passes, gate card(s), etc. are returned by this time to avoid any late fees.
  • Some locations require a security deposit, utility surcharges, government taxes or other fees. These fees are displayed in the shopping cart for your information but are collected at the time of check-in if applicable. This includes All Inclusive fees which must be paid directly to the resort.
  • Pets are not permitted in any accommodations. If you are traveling with a service animal, please contact the resort directly for ADA compliance instructions. Any pet in a unit that is not a registered service animal will result in additional charges.
  • No smoking in the units. Ps. It's bad for you and will cost you cleaning fees.
  • Parking passes, pool passes, gate card(s), entry card(s), keys, etc. must be returned to the check-in/check-out office if applicable.
  • Please note in rare instances Sundance Vacations reserves the right to relocate a confirmed guest into a comparable accommodation. (You’ll appreciate this if the AC goes on the blitz).
  • Over-occupancy of the unit size confirmed will result in an upgrade fee and/or refusal of the extra persons from checking in.
  • Travelers are responsible for actions taken by their guests and children.
  • Toiletries and cleaning supplies are not provided.
  • RVs and oversized vehicles are not allowed.
  • Occupancy tax (sometimes referred to as Tourism tax or Hotel Occupancy Taxes) will be presented as a separate line in the shopping cart and will be paid by the traveler.
  • If you have any questions about your reservation, please text SUN to 70626 or call us at 1.800.210.5500. Yep it’s the same number for texting and calling just like when you’re texting with friends. We're available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 7:00pm, and on Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm (EST).
  • If you have an urgent issue while on vacation, please call us. We are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to assist you at 1.866.540.9322.

Reservation Cancellations

  • Vacation Program reservations - If Sundance Vacation Protection (referred to as SPF14) was not purchased at the time of booking all resort reservations are final and non-refundable. Click here for SPF14 information.
  • Hotel Program reservations – Hotel reservations have cancellation policies based on the individual hotel(s). This information will always be provided at the time of booking.

All sales are final unless purchasing SPF14.
