All Sundance Vacations properties (look for the beach ball logo) are inspected by dedicated professionals before your arrival and must meet our standards so you are free to rest, relax and re-charge. If your accommodations don’t meet your expectations, just tell us! We’ll make it right or we’ll replace your vacation week to your account.
**Replacement weeks are subject to reservation rates and procedures.

1. Choose Your Destination
After 25 years of doing this, we’ve identified 10 hot vacation spots that are so good, we can guarantee availability.
Those Ten Destinations are: (drumroll please!)
The Jersey Shore; Pennsylvania; Maryland (Eastern Shore) & Delaware; Williamsburg, VA; Hilton Head, SC; Myrtle Beach, SC; Hawaii; Southeast Florida; Orlando/Kissimmee, FL and Las Vegas, NV
2. Pick Your Week
Tell us by a certain date so we have time to get vertical, beat the street, start the hamster wheel and get it done.
- For travel between May 1 and October 31, tell us by December 15 of the prior year.
- For travel between November 1 and April 30th, tell us by June 15 of the current year.
3. Call us at 800-210-5500 and make your request! Before you make your Sundance Guarantee request, make sure to check if that area is already available!
- For travel between May 1 and October 31- reservation forms must be received by December 15 of the prior year.
- For travel between November 1 and April 30 - reservation forms must be received by June 15 of the current year.
The Sundance Guarantee applies to the following destinations. The destinations in the program are subject to change from time to time as travel patterns change. Requested week of travel (Note: a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday check-in may be required, based on availability. In addition, the requested week of travel cannot include Holiday/Special Events, consecutive weeks, or multiple reservations for the same week.)
