Sundance Vacations Employee Travel Benefits
We believe that employees who utilize our vacation product will help us achieve our mission by expanding their knowledge of the varied destinations offered by Sundance Vacations and sharing their positive vacation experiences. Discounted vacation benefits are offered to employees in order to ultimately improve the experience for our customers. It is our intention that employee travel should take place in a way that does not significantly impact availability for customers.
All active part-time and full-time employees are eligible to use our travel product through our Employee Travel Benefit Program. As the primary goal is to educate employees about our destinations, the employee must be present to utilize employee travel benefits.
Employee travel is booked on a space available basis. There is no holding of units at any time.
VIP units are not available for employee bookings.
Reserving multiple weeks in a row is not permitted nor is reserving multiple units simultaneously. For example, an employee cannot not reserve 4 weeks in February in Naples, nor can they book 2 units in June in Ocean City, MD.
East coast beach vacations are the most popular for our travelers, therefore, to maximize availability for our customers, employee travel is not permitted from June 23rd through August 25th at East coast beaches unless the destination appears on Excess Inventory. Certain locations may have additional restrictions during the summer, holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, President’s Week or Easter) and special events.
Employees may enjoy an 8 day/7 night vacation at the following prices:
One Bedroom $349 Two Bedroom $399
Three Bedroom $449 Excess Inventory $250
Reservations are paid for at the time of booking. Vacation assurance is offered for $60 on regular bookings, $50 excess inventory bookings.

Sundance Vacations also makes our Charter Vacation Package available to employees for purchase at a deeply discounted rate for those employees who need greater vacation flexibility. A package of 6 vacation weeks can be purchased for $1,800. Please contact Ed Coppinger (ext. 1150) or Melissa Shafer (ext. 1057) in Client Services for an explanation of the reservation fees and annual service charge associated with our packages.
