Travelers' Bill of Rights

We the People of Sundance Vacations, in Order to form a more perfect Travel Industry, establish the following Travelers’ Bill of Rights to insure Quality Service, provide Accommodations for your Comfort, promote a Variety of Vacation Choices, and advocate Excitement and Fun for ourselves and our Clients, do ordain and establish this Constitution for all of Sundance Vacations’ Travelers.

Travelers’ Bill Of Rights

I. Freedom to Explore, Dream, and Discover
Sundance Vacations' travelers enjoy a wide variety of destinations and activities. Our travelers include golfers, skiers, thrill seekers, fishermen and quite a few beach bums who like to spend their travel discount vacation days soaking in the rays. Sundance Vacations destinations and vacation properties are as varied as our customers’ interests, whether you enjoy mountain resorts, beach resorts, or golf resorts. The vacation inventory is client driven; that means we actively seek out accommodations in resort areas that are most popular among our clients.

II. Right to Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient Lodging
All Sundance Vacations travelers are guaranteed Clean, Comfortable and Convenient lodgings. If your accommodations do not meet these standards, simply contact the phone number on your confirmation form immediately. You may request that a replacement wholesale vacation be added to your account. Your additional vacation is subject to the usual reservation fees/procedures.

III. Conditions for Guaranteed Reservations
All travelers are guaranteed vacations to their resort areas of choice or acceptable alternatives. If you make your reservations in the required advanced notice as listed in the SunSational guarantee and choose a vacation destination that is not below 2% in popularity, we guarantee availability. The guarantee doesn’t apply for reservations for holiday travel or special events or for multiple units during the same week. All other reservations procedures must be followed. If Sundance Vacations is unable to offer an ideal match or acceptable alternative, we will issue a $1,000 U.S. Savings Bond.

IV. Right to Trust
Travelers can trust the integrity of Sundance Vacations. All employees are asked to sign an honesty and integrity statement. This statement outlines Sundance Vacation’s commitment to honest and truthful sales and marketing practices. However, an integrity statement is just words on a paper unless it is put into action. We’re not complaint free. We interact with more than a million consumers each year but consumers can be assured that we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

V. Provisions for Comments, Feedback, and Opinions
