Sundance Vacations Reputation: Tina Dowd Provides Leading Service

Tina Dowd, Founder of Sundance Vacations, co-founded Sundance Vacations in 1991 with her partner and husband John Dowd. In her 18 years with the company, Tina grew Sundance Vacations from a small start-up telemarketing office where she began by answering phones to a leading provider of affordable wholesale vacations, with over 700 employees and over 80,000 travelers nationwide.

Tina is a graduate from Kutztown University with a BS in Education. Mrs. Dowd is very instrumental in the technological growth of the company and also enjoys the communications side of Sundance Vacations. Tina serves as the Chief Editor of the company’s corporate newsletter, “The Owl”, oversees all corporate press, and also enjoys contributing to the Sundance Vacations blog on a regular basis.

In her spare time Tina keeps busy with her three children, serves as Council Member for Trinity Lutheran Church, a member of the Community Action Council of Palmerton Area Churches (CAC-PAC), and the Luzerne Foundation Millennium Circle. Tina is also a former board member for the Northeast Pennsylvania Better Business Bureau. Mrs. Dowd loves traveling, and her favorite vacation destination is where she and husband John Dowd spent their honeymoon, Maui, Hawaii.
