By completing, signing, and submitting this entry form, you enter yourself, if eligible, in a drawing the winner of which receives his/her choice of either 1) any make and model of automobile of max. MSRP of $70,000 (verifiable retail value: $70,000). 2) the item on display plus cash for a total verifiable retail value: $50,000 (winner receives the item plus the cash difference between $50,000 and the retail value of the item awarded) or 3) $50,000 cash.

A household may enter only once unless awarded a bonus entry. Contacted persons who attend an approx. 60 min. sales presentation about Sponsors discounted travel-related goods and services will receive one 1 bonus drawing entry and may receive a 2 night getaway* retail value: $200, or an online shopping certificate retail value: $500. Prize drawing, Notification and Receipt of Prize: Sponsor reserves the right to replace cash prize with prize of equivalent verifiable retail value. The winner will be selected by Sponsors representative in a random drawing to be held on 02/01/09 at Sponsors address. If a winner is not eligible or cannot be notified within a reasonable time after the drawing, as determined solely by the Sponsor, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. After notification, the winner must, in turn, notify Sponsor of his/her prize choice, either the automobile, or cash, as stated above. No money, fee, shipping, handling or other consideration is owed, payable or due to Sponsor to claim or receive the prize. If you are the winner and select an automobile, you hereby agree to and shall pay directly to the proper parties all taxes, pickup and delivery costs, and any and all costs over $70,000, related to its award. It may take up to 90 days to have the automobile ready. If cash, it will be delivered within 30 days. For the winners name available 90 days after drawing or a copy of Sponsors privacy policies mail a request including a self-addressed and stamped envelope to the Sponsor, Attn: Automobile/Cash Giveaway. Other Conditions and Rules: By entering you hereby agree that any disputes related to this promotion will be governed and construed in accordance with Pennsylvania law and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction thereof by Pennsylvania’s state and federal courts. This promotion may be conducted throughout the U.S. and is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The winner may be required to sign affidavits of eligibility, liability releases and, where not prohibited by law, publicity releases in order to receive the award.
