The Sundance Vacations Corporate Headquarters is located at 264 Highland Park Blvd. Wilkes-Barre, Pa 18702. The corporate office is adjacent from the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza.

The headquarters holds several departments including: Quality Assurance, Marketing, Permission Marketing/Lead Generation, Accounting, and Support Staff.

The Sundance Vacations corporate headquarters also holds one of four marketing offices. The marketing office is managed by Anastasia Vishnefski (Dayshift) and Vincella Ross (Nightshift).

The Sundance Vacations corporate office is involved in numerous charities including: the American Red Cross, Volunteers of America, Habitat for Humanity, NEPA Feed a Friend with WNEP 16 News Station, each year donating back to school supplies to local schools, and the Salvation Army Christmas Angels Program.
