At Sundance Vacations, a customer service representative is responsible for service after the vacation product is purchased.

  • The representatives make welcome calls to all new clients, answer any questions a client may have about their vacation package, troubleshoot issues, and service our promotional items.
  • One of their most important tasks is customer retention. It is the task of the customer service employee to ensure the client’s happiness by resolving any and all issues.
