John was born in Sunbury, Pa. He attended Shikellamy High School and went on to study engineering at Penn State. Even as a young boy of 14 he was ambitious. He held two newspaper routes and a lawn mowing contract with the city of Sunbury. He met his wife Tina in 1988. They have 3 daughters. He has been both a soccer and basketball coach. His interests include traveling (betcha’ couldn’t guess that), NASCAR racing, Penn State Football and golf. More...

| Founder of Sundance Vacations
Tina Dowd, Founder of Sundance Vacations, co-founded Sundance Vacations in 1991 with her partner and husband John Dowd. In her 18 years with the company, Tina grew Sundance Vacations from a small start-up telemarketing office where she began by answering phones to a leading provider of affordable wholesale vacations, with over 700 employees and over 80,000 travelers nationwide.
Tina is a graduate from Kutztown University with a BS in Education. Mrs. Dowd is very instrumental in the technological growth of the company and also enjoys the communications side of Sundance Vacations. More

| Mike Milillo, VP of Sales at Sundance Vacations started with the wholesale vacation company in 1995 with a lifetime of sales experience. Mike earned several sales awards as a young professional. His management talents were recognized very quickly. He was quickly promoted to a staff manager position at a large sales organization in the Poconos. Mike easily excelled with his staff of 25 (including protégé’ John Dowd) and was promoted again to Sales Manager of one of the largest vacation ownership sales companies operating in the 80’s. Mike’s ascent to the sales manager position left the staff manager position vacant for his protégé’. (see also John Dowd’s bio). More

| Shane Lewis is 30 years old and resides in Pennsylvania. Shane was recently promoted from the King of Prussia Sales Director to Assistant VP of Sales for Sundance Vacations. Shane first started with Sundance Vacations in 2003. He has since been promoted three times. Shane has received the “Volunteer of the Year” Award. More

Pam Fantaskey…who am I? The wife of Chuck, who devotes his days to caring for others as a Chaplain at Hospice Community Care; I’m also the mother of Nicole and Philip. Nicole is a caregiver of children and Philip is a test engineer.
I’ve been an administrative assistant for some 30+ years and still find the position to be challenging and rewarding.

| VP of Marketing Joe was born in Nanticoke, PA, many more years ago than he would like to count. His parents, Joe and Anita, were a high school teacher and a state employee who doubled as a union executive. From them, he developed his skill for following the rules and his ability to negotiate. His family then moved to Central Pennsylvania, specifically Selinsgrove. Here is where he grew into a “brainy jock,” being that he was a three-sport athlete, basketball, football, and track, and was a class officer and active member of the National Honor Society.

Born and raised in Montclair, New Jersey, graduated Montclair Public High School in 1984 and attended the University of Florida where he received his BA in Business Administration. Chip lived in Atlanta for awhile before accepting a position with Marriott Vacation Club International as a Marketing Coordinator in Desert Springs, California.

After graduating from Chestnut Hill College with a BA in English and Communications, I was left with the task of finding a career. I knew I wanted to be around people and really use my degree to its fullest. Sundance Vacations gave me that opportunity as Communications Director.
I have been with Sundance Vacations since October, 2007. Sundance Vacations is compiled of some of the most impressive individuals I have ever seen working together. More

| Human Resources Manager Crystal Bove is our Human Resources Manager. Crystal graduated in 2004 with a BS in Management and Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. She began her career with the leader in the staffing industry, Manpower. As a staffing specialist, she provided staffing and human resources functions to over 20 companies in the Hazleton area. After several years, she went on to Associate Directorship of The Country Place Retreat and Conference Center. Wanting to return to the Human Resources field she joined the Sundance family in November of 2007. “I love working for Sundance Vacations. The continuous growth and change coupled with the amazing people that work here make my job something I look forward to coming to each day.”

| VIP Program Manager
Christina Allen graduated from Meyer’s High School in 1991. Not looking for any particular career path, she stumbled upon a classified ad that read, “Appointment Setters needed.” Thinking this would be the perfect summer job she happily joined the Sundance Vacations team. Right from the beginning, she was interested in learning more about the company and hoped that she could grow alongside of the business. Her first position was as a part time marketer.
