At Sundance Vacations, loan servicing currently services over 20,000 individual consumer accounts.

  • Employees personally assist in servicing our clients' accounts with both outbound and inbound telephone contact.
  • Training is provided to all employees on how to explain and answer any and all questions relating to the clients loan balance, monthly payment amount, payment method and interest rate.
  • Employees will also assist in helping to bring past due accounts back up to date with various collection tools.
