Sundance Vacations Inc: Awards and Press for Customer Dedication

Sundance Vacations takes pride in all accomplishments. The company has been honored numerous times for their marketplace business ethics, workplace policies, practices, and philosophy. In 2005 Sundance Vacations received the Torch Award from the Better Business Bureau of Northeast and Central Pennsylvania. The Torch Award is bestowed upon a company that demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction. In 2007 Sundance Vacations participated in the American Business Awards, and won the Stevie Award for Best Overall Company. Also in 2007, the company was honored in Pennsylvania’s Best Place to Work Program. Sundance Vacations was named 8th best large company to work for in PA.

In 2008 Sundance Vacations won the ATSI (Association of Teleservices International) Call Center of Distinction Award. This award is a ‘mystery shopper’ program that provides independent testing for quality assurance in customer service levels. Sundance Vacations recently participated in Best Places to Work for 2008. The company placed 12th out of 50 large companies in Pennsylvania.
